    About Virtual Inter-University Moot Court Competition


    (Late.) Prof. (Dr.) Mool Chand Sharma Virtual Inter-University Moot Court Competition, 2021 has been conceived with the aim of creating  opportunities for learning the development of laws besides developing cutting the edge skills in research, writing and advocacy, and dedication and remembrance to (Late.) Prof. Dr. Mool Chand Sharma, who was a distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Delhi was the Founder Vice-Chancellor of the Central University of Haryana, is widely known amongst scholars and legal fraternity more as a thought activist, institution builder, and a teacher who inspired and motivated.

    TEAM COMPOSITION AND ELIGIBILITY

    • A team shall comprises of 3 members only out of which 2 are speakers and 1 is legal researcher.
    • Only bonafide students of a 5 year law course or 3 year course are allowed to register.

    REGISTRATION PROCEDURE


    1) The last date of registration is 20th September, 2021.

    2) The registration fee is INR 500 Per Team only.

    3) The registration shall be done by filling up the registration form available.

    And,

    Pay the registration fee via NEFT transfer. No other method shall be accepted. Teams have to borne additional charges for making the transfer (if any).  Attach the screenshot of your payment while filling the registration form.


    3) The registration shall be considered complete only when the ‘Registration Fee’ has been paid successfully and the registration form is duly filled with all the credentials.

    4) The participants will receive an official approval mail from organizing committee within 48 hours of their registration.

    5) The organizing committee shall communicate the unique team codes to each team through mail which shall be quoted by the teams for further communications with the organizing committee.

    6) Registration fee once paid is non-refundable.

    7) The number of participating teams shall be limited to 30. The preference to teams shall be given in order of their registration.

    8)The organizing committee will have the sole and absolute discretion to shortlist the participants. The decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding on all concerned.

    Release of Moot Problem: 07th July 2021 (Wednesday)

    Last date for Registration: 20th September 2021 (Monday)

    Last date for Submission of Memorial (soft copy): 10th September 2021 which may be extended till 14th September 2021 (Wednesday)

    Preliminary Round: 24th September 2021

    Semi Final Round: 25th September 2021

    Final Round: 25th September 2021
