Bachan Singh v. State of Punjab (1982) 3 SCC 24 Table Of Contents FACTS IN BRIEF One day Bachan Singh was tried and convicted and sentenced to death under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for the murder of Desa Singh, Durga Bai and Veeran Bai.
